Mesothermal Temperature Overglaze Paste FG550X

¡¡ FG550X series are environmentally mesothermal overlay paste designed as designed as overlay or interbedded insulation. It is toxic element free up to European RoHS environmental regulation(2002/95/EC), and has good compatibilities with various ceramic substrates . It has features of good insulation, strong adhesive power, good dielectric performance and excellent printability. FG550X is designed for overlay of hybrid circuit, resistors networks, resistor plate, heating element, and sensitivity element. It is recommended the lustration grade of appliance and circumstance to be more than ten thousand degree.

4£®Before using the paste, it is essential to take out of from icebox or icehouse firstly and place it at about 25¡æ beyond 12 hours. Keep stir it slowly and fully till the composition of this paste is uniform.

5£®It should be guarantee that the room temperature and appliance temperature remains 26¡À2¡æ during printing.

6£®Paste material placed on the screen should be moderate and added regularly when making screen-printing.

7£®Dilute the paste moderately to recover the printing performance.

8£®The storage temperature is recommended between 5 and 25¡æ. The shelf time is commonly 6 months.
