Ruthenate Resistor Paste DZ06XX

     DZ06XX series is an environmentally resistor paste. It has features of good refiring, good stability of resistor and low sensitivity, and this series is designed for making thick film circuit and resistor internet with superior performance.

Thinner

     DZ06XX series are supplied ready for use and hence does not require dilution,although it can be thinned with less than 2% if preferred,too much thinner will affect directly performance of paste. LEED Thinners DZ-XS may be used sparingly for light adjustments to viscosity of to replace evaporation losses.

Printing

      LEED series paste should be thoroughly mixed before use.It is best achieved by slow,gentle hand stirring with a clean,burrfree spatula for 2-3 minutes.Care must be taken to avoid air bubble entrapment. Printing should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated area. The lustration grade of appliance and circumstance should be ten thousand degree before printing and drying. It should be guarantee that the room temperature and appliance temperature remains 26¡À2¡ãC during printing.Paste material placed on the screen should be moderate and added regularly when making screen-printing.

Substrates

     All the test properties are based on 96% alumina substrates. Different substrates of other compositions and form various manufacturers myaresult in variations in performance properties.It is the responsibility of the user to determine the effects of any of the above variables in their particular situation.Please test for products suitability before mass production to avoid causing unnecessary losses.

Storage & Shelf Life

     LEED DZ06XX series should be stored in a clean,stable environment at room temperaute between 5 and 25¡ãC. The shelf time is commonly 6 months from date of shipment,for factory-sealed (unopened)containers,stored under room temperature conditions.

Firing

     LEED DZ06XX series should be fired for 60 minute firing cycle to a peak temperature of 850¡æ held for 10 minutes.The typical firing profile is shown as following. Variations in the peak firing temperature or the time at the peak temperature may result in variations in the final fired properties.

Health & Safety

     Precautions: LEED series pastes contain organic solvent.Harmful if swallowed inhaled,or absorbed through skin.Wash thoroughly after handing.Avoid contact with eyes,skin,and clothing.Keep container tightly closed when not in use.Use with adequate ventilation.Avoid breathing vapor.(See LEED matirial safety data sheet for current safety and first aid instructions.)
